Korean Spring Fashion 2016 Trends:
SIMPLE AND CHIC WITH RETRO OUTFITS
You have probably already seen the simple and plain look consisting of: plain long sleeves, skinny jeans, and sneakers. This simple getup has already been trendy for quite some time as long as you know how to add some accessories. However, this year the ensemble is taking on a whole new retro twist!
In order to sport this look, you can try wearing a long-flowing dress with a monotone color such as navy blue or black. If you want to go for something professional, a pair of dark slacks, white turtleneck, and a dark blue blazer would do.
This has grown into quite a big trend in Korean fashion, which started back in 2015. The cropped pants can be paired with a cropped top to make the top portion of the body seem shorter, giving off a taller appearance. This style has been modified to suit jeans and slacks. Either or, can be worn at your own discretion depending on the occasion. To enhance the look with a quirky vibe, you can wear a pair of colorful socks well suited for casual attire.
Spring fashion 2016 is all about adding a little blue to your attire. Aside from navy, the blue color palette contains a range of brighter shades such as pastel, electric, powder, or sky blue. Wear blue on your casual or formal occasions.
Be it formal or casual, pale pink has been dominating the runways and retail stores from outfits to shoes, bags, and accessories. This particular shade adds a touch of glam to lavish gowns and lace dresses. Pastels in something tailored like a trench, are flirty and feminine, but clean and polished. Pair pale shades with navy to liven them up. In addition to these looks, wearing accessories with pastel colors to your regular wardrobe will make you look more unique and attractive.
