It’s Bronwyn here today to share with you my favorite tips for the ultimate shower routine at home for healthy glowing skin and strong hair. Having healthy body skin and healthy strong hair begins with how you take care of it while your showering. Believe it or not, the products we use in our average shower routine’s can actually be the cause for dry, dusty looking skin, itchy skin and weak and damaged hair.
Is a Shower Routine Important?
YES! Yes, yes, yes, of course it is! Well, only if you want healthy body skin and strong hair. Not having a solid shower routine can certainly take a toll on your skin, and if you have any of the bellow conditions, you might be in need of a good routine.

Shower Routine for Glowing Skin
using average bar soap or body wash isn’t always the best way to get yourself clean. In fact, using soaps can cause your skin to become dry irritated due to harsh chemicals found in your average shower soaps.
